I developed this course for anyone wanting to break down their weightlifting technique and relearn the foundations and do some beautiful lifting. Choose up to 4 sessions each week and join us for a weekly Zoom call for in-depth learning, demonstrations and any questions you have about your lifting. It’s truly badass and we have a fantastic community.
